Jeanne is the real deal. Here is what happened.
I cleared my cookies and used a email address that I had not used previously. I signed up and paid. No rebate! What happened?

One thing to remember is if you have downloaded MS before its best to sign up again using a different email address – I checked with MS support before hand to see if i had an affiliate code assigned to my email address.
